Did you know that NASA has citizen science projects that allow cross-collaboration between scientists and interested volunteers? Called Citizen Scientists, these members are given the chance to contribute to developing NASA projects that range from observing dark cosmic energy to cloudspotting on Mars. Interestingly, you can be a citizen scientist too as it can be done by anyone, anywhere, with just a mobile phone or laptop.

Over the years, NASA has allowed individuals to connect with their projects through sign-up activities where everyone is given a chance to be a part of their flights to outer space. Every project has its own mission to accomplish and contribution to bring to the existing knowledge of the life beyond earth.
The agency is now taking names to take to their next flight to Mars, the Red Planet. You can have your name aboard this flight by signing up though NASA Perseverance!
